~Our Purpose and Mission~
The
members of the Southern Wisconsin Sporting Spaniel Club welcome you. The
Southern Wisconsin Sporting Spaniel Club is dedicated to the advancement of
all flushing spaniel breeds. The level of activity any member chooses is
voluntary, and the club emphasizes training for hunting, hunt tests, and field
trials.
Our primary breed focus, (by ownership) is the Field Bred English Springer Spaniel. We work with and train other spaniel breeds such as English Cockers, American Cockers, Welsh Springers, Field Spaniels, etc. If you are interested in finding a dog, or training a dog you have, feel free to contact any of the officers or board members listed in the SWSSC Officers link for a referral.
We are primarily a training club. Our members are friendly and focused. We would be happy to assist you to the extent our knowledge and resources allow.
